The Management of Change and Organizational Development

Introduction:

This course is introduced to you by the International Academy of Human Resources and Development (IAHRD). Our courses are especially designed to meet your needs, explained to you by experts with a long experience in the field.
In order for managers to be able to cope up with the rapid changing business environment and to keep up the development at the organizational level, they have to be aware of the means and techniques of dealing with the change, taking in consideration that those means and techniques are changing and  get updated as well, this course will let you be ready to deal the change and keep the organization developed and healthy.

 

Objectives:

After attending this course, participants will be able to: 

  1. Reactivate the modern commander role in the management process.
  2. Implementing the objectives of the foundation by enhancing the management skills.
  3. The awareness of information technology and modern communications to face the rapid changing world.
  4. Empowering the participant by making them carry out the plans and giving them new burdens, and making delegations to fill the new positions.

 

Contents:

Module 1:
      A.  Using a square work to analyze the overall management process.

Module 2:

  1. Modern leadership and the characteristics of the modern leader.
  2. The modern vision of the future and commitment in the eyes of the leader.
  3. The leader's strategic and administrative planning for reaching the vision of the future.
  4. Diversity criteria in leadership for the work and follow-up.

Module 3:

  1. Using SWOT analysisfor institutional development.
  2. Workforce development and empowerment.
    Tools and equipment development.
  3. The needed administrative and behavioral skills in order to build a motivated team that work with high quality and participate in the decision making process.

Module 4:

  1. The must use, modern administrative forms including: SWOT analysis model and SMART model.
  2. Forecasting the change and taking proactive actions to make this change meet you plans.
  3. The requirement of avoiding negative result of the change and how to provide it, and involving other administrative units to overcome the change without loss.
  4. The process of change and the effective follow-up, especially in the early stages of applying the change.

 

Who should attend? 

 

All officials in general who are responsible for the planning, organization and follow-up activities of the units that oversee and evaluate the work of the staff and the continued development of their performance.
