Introduction:

This is an exciting and interactive programme designed to help experienced and new supervisors review their roles, develop their leadership & management skills, extend their knowledge of the concepts of management and examine the approaches needed to perform effectively in the modern organization. In this programme you will:

  • Extend your understanding of leadership and management skills in the processes of managing up, down and across the organization.

Objectives:

Summary:

The programme covers a wide range of topics relating to the supervisor’s role. It recognizes that supervisors not only have to manage their teams but also have to operate in a wider organizational context getting things done through, with and for other teams and departments.
