  5. Layout and presentation.

  1. Innovative note-taking system.  
  2. Drafting skills.
  3. What, how and when to write?
  4. Creating a bond with the reader through writing.

Module 4:

  1. Setting objectives.
  2. Sorting information. 
  3. Before writing the report.
  4. The components of a report.
  5. Interesting styles and presentations.

Module 5:

  1. Take in consideration your audience. 
  2. Be careful when choosing your words.
  3. Effective phrases to be used.
  4. Avoiding biased, sexist and damaging language.
  5. How to deliver bad news with the least consequences?
