  2. Analysis techniques.
  3. Hazard  identification and analysis through HAZOP.
  4. Syndicate Exercise- Application Of HAZOP To Relevant Processes.
  5. Instilling HAZOP within the risk management system.
  6. Planning and implementing HAZOP actions.

Module 3:

  1. Reliability technology.
  2. Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FM&EA).
  3. Failures of permit to work systems.
  4. Analysis of potential consequences like mechanics on fire, explosions and toxic releases.
  5. Fault Tree Analysis to explain potential accidents.
  6. Group Exercise on FTA.

  2. Hierarchical Task Analysis (HTA).
