  3. The use of a 10-step model to action, measure, evaluate and report on training effectiveness.
  4. Practical exercise.
  5. Case Study.
  6. Techniques to have an effective training.
  7. Costing, evaluating and reporting on training effectiveness (Group Work).

  1. Unit costs and understanding the topic through practical exercise.
  2. New techniques to measure the training department efficiency.
