  2. Listening to understand, not just reply to help in building relationships.
  3. Taking actions based on awareness to establish and ensure good relationships.

Module 3:

  1. Leadership and the culture of the organization.
  2. Our behaviors and the culture of the organization.
  3. Top management and their influence on the organizational culture.

 

Module 4:

  1. Traditional messages about leadership.
  2. Loving change and uncertainty for an effective experience.
  3. Taking initiative and stop complaining culture.
  4. Effective listening and respect.

Module 5:

  1. Participation in building a good vision in the organization and being part of it.
  2. Building good relationships with employees and managers.
  3. Live in alignment with your intentions.
