Introduction:

  2. Understanding Group Dynamics.
  3. The positive and negative group dynamics.
  4. What is Psychological Defensiveness and how to manage that?
  5. Prevention of vital flaws in group decision-making.

Module 3:

  1. The Role of the Facilitator
  2. Group Dynamic Theory
  3. Five Ways to Make Collective Knowledge Visible
  4. Collective Creativity.

Module 4:

  1. The meaning dimension and the process of confrontation.
  2. Feelings Dimensions vs. Emotional Dimensions.
  3. Facilitation cultural issues.
  4. Appreciation of cultural differences.

Module 5:

  1. Identifying the values of facilitation.
  2. The essential need for Management Commitment.
  3. The different roles of different important positions (Project Manager, Project Sponsor, Facilitator and Documenter).
  4. A facilitated session planning, preparing, conducting and following up.
  5. Management of difficult people.
