Achieving Excellence as a Chief Learning Officer (CLO)

Introduction :

This course is introduced to you by the International Academy of Human Resources Development (IAHRD). Our courses are specially designed to meet your needs, explained to you by experts with a long experience in the field.

This course will introduce you to the essentials to become a professional CLO, and will refresh the knowledge of experienced CLO's. The course will discuss the nature and scope of the responsibilities of a CLO and what are the best practices done by well-known CLO's around the globe. Overall, you will identify a strategy to encourage the visible support of senior executives, linking learning to measurable performance and broadening the department offerings beyond formal classroom training.
